In this Orangery Extension we had to build across the back of the house and then take out the back wall to a width of 5.7 Metres wide this opens up the whole room to create the most fantastic space for your new Kitchen

you will note that you cannot see the steel beams used as they were let into the floor joists above which meant that the ceiling just flows through from on room to the next.

All the design and drawings, planning permission, building regulations and Sap calculations so that we could comply with the currant building regulations were all carried out by us for the client as part of the contract
